Members and Friends, please join us on October 16 for our Membership Meeting. During this meeting we will hold Committee elections.

This will be an IN PERSON meeting at the University of Missouri Extension Center at 260 Brown Road in St. Peters.  YOU MUST BE PRESENT IN PERSON TO VOTE FOR NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS.

This meeting will feature Kelsey Walker, DVM, Clinical Instructor – Food Animal Field Services and Production Medicine, University of Mo. who will talk to us about “Veterinarians and Bees”

Kelsey will join us in PERSON.

The club meeting will begin at 7:00.  You can come early – 6:00 PM –  for Q&A with experienced beekeepers.

About Kelsey Walker:  Kelsey Walker graduated from Oklahoma City University (BS) and Oklahoma State University (DVM) before completing an internship and Large Animal Internal Medicine residency at the University of Missouri. She joined the MU faculty in 2021. Clinical interests include all aspects of food animal medicine as well as veterinary acupuncture and animal chiropractic in all species. Research interests include bovine foot disease and producer surveys.
