Our March Meeting is CANCELLED 

Sorry members and friends.  Due to concerns of coronavirus and to support recommendations to consider member health and safety by eliminating opportunities for spreading by social distancing, the March meeting will be canceled and we will plan to come back together again in April.  We wish you all a safe and healthy start to the bee season.  Check out our Blog posts and Resource articles for help and advice.

We will be reaching out to those who ordered Queens on pick up details in early April.

Please join us in March for our General Membership Meeting.

Pre-meeting Question & Answer session will start at 6:00 PM.  We will focus on making splits.

At 7:00 pm the club meeting will feature Tim Fredricks. Tim will be speaking about “Planning your beekeeping season and tips for a successful 2020”.

More about Tim:  Tim Fredricks is a scientist by training and has been developing additional expertise in apiculture over the past 8 years.  He actively participates in Three Rivers Beekeepers club and is currently serving as the President of Three Rivers Beekeepers, co-founded a bee club at work, and for fun maintains 10-20 beehives primarily for queen, honey, and nucleus colony production.  He enjoys bee related outreach activities, mentoring new beekeepers, and helping teach beekeeping techniques including queen rearing through grafting.
