Paul Landsberg of Clinton, Mo, is the owner of Paul’s Honey Farm LLC, established by his father Chris Landsberg when Paul was 3 years old in 1983. In November of 2015 the business, still more of a hobby, passed from father to son under tragic circumstances.  With a commitment to honor his father’s memory and preserve his passion, Paul focused many long hours and dollars into the business and in 2019 was able to transition into a full time operation and retire from his “day job.”  Paul made the leap of faith and sent his first load of bees to California almond pollination in 2020.  This calculated risk has proven profitable and plans continue to grow as the bees multiply and produce honey.  Currently Paul’s Honey Farm LLC has approximately 1300 hives, raises VSH queens, sells Nucs, bulk and retail honey in several stores.
