Bob Finck will present the basic methods of making mead as he has made for over 20 years. John Pashia will be joining Bob and will speak on how he incorporates local (if possible) fruits and spices into mead. He will also talk about the “Christmas Mead” he has formulated. Tim Hyde has volunteered to be the camera man for this special presentation.
